Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 · BlockCut Minecraft Editing Studio
1. Overview & Service Scope
BlockCut operates a custom Minecraft video editing service for content creators. When you order through BlockCut, you select a video editing package, complete payment via Whop, and submit raw gameplay footage and production notes. BlockCut edits and delivers a finished digital video file (typically 1080p or 4K MP4).
2. Minecraft & Mojang Disclaimer
Not an official Minecraft product.
Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB and Microsoft Corporation. BlockCut is an independent editing studio and is not approved by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
3. Ordering & Payment Processing
All purchases and checkouts on BlockCut are processed securely through Whop. Prices are billed per video at the listed starting rates (Shorts starting at $10, PvP Montages starting at $15, Full YouTube Videos starting at $25, and Cinematics starting at $30) or at custom amounts agreed upon for longer or more complex projects. Custom pricing must meet or exceed the starting price for that cut format.
4. Footage Submission & Turnaround Window
After payment, we reach out to the WhatsApp number or Telegram username provided during checkout. You must supply accessible footage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or direct download links) along with any project notes.
Our delivery window is 24–48 hours after we receive usable footage and instructions, not immediately from checkout time if raw files have not yet been provided.
5. Revisions Policy
Revisions are included with every cut. Upon receiving the preview or cut file, you may request changes (such as audio volume adjustments, trimming specific segments, or subtitle corrections) by messaging our editor with detailed notes. We will revise the edit based on your notes.
6. Client Footage & Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership of the raw footage and gameplay you submit. You warrant that you possess the rights to distribute the content you submit. BlockCut uses your footage solely to fulfill your editing order and will never sell or repurpose your raw footage.
7. No Guarantees of Performance
BlockCut delivers editing craftsmanship. We do not make promises or guarantees regarding YouTube, TikTok, or algorithmic performance, including views, watch time, subscriber growth, or retention metrics.
8. Contact
Questions regarding these terms or your project can be directed via your Whop order chat, Telegram, or WhatsApp handle provided at checkout.
