1. Information We Collect
To fulfill and deliver your video editing order, we collect:
- Contact Information: Your name, email address, and the WhatsApp number or Telegram handle you provide at checkout.
- Media & Gameplay Footage: The raw video files, replay files (.mcpr), voiceover tracks, and project notes you share with us.
- Order Data: Details of the cuts you purchase and transaction identifiers generated during checkout.
2. Payment Data Processed by Whop
We do not store or process your payment details directly. Payments are processed by Whop.
3. How We Use Your Footage & Data
Your information and raw footage are used strictly to communicate with you about your project and to edit and render your video cuts.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your contact info or raw video files to third parties or data brokers. Your footage remains your creative work.
4. Footage Retention & Storage
Once your video project is finalized and delivered, raw footage and project files may be kept temporarily for revision purposes and are routinely cleared from our working drives to conserve storage. We encourage creators to keep local backups of all raw OBS and Replay Mod recordings.
5. Questions & Data Requests
If you have any questions regarding your data or wish to request deletion of your contact details from our active records, please message us in your Whop order chat.
